• Non-smoking: All accommodations are non-smoking.
• Tax: Rates listed are exclusive of all taxes.
• Reservation Guarantees: All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or cash deposit. Deposits of 25% are required for all stays and early bookings.
• Cancellations: Cancellation for 1 to 3 room nights requires 72 hours advance notice. The deposit for cancellation of 4 or more room nights will be refunded based on our ability to rebook the rooms.
• Check-In Time: Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m.
• Check-Out Time: Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Late check-out is available at an extra charge.
• Telephones: All units are telephone equipped.
• Television: All units have remote, colour, cable TV.

Reservation guarantees

Cancellation Policy for weekly rentals:

• 50% deposit required at time of booking
• Cancellation required within 90 days. Under 90 days a 25% commitment fee is charged.
• Full refund if we are able to re rent cottage
