Chef Thomas Carey and his culinary team invite you to experience our renowned Taste of Nova Scotia menu is designed around fresh local ingredients. In fact Taste of Nova Scotia association approval requires a minimum 60% local ingredients and we easily surpass that criteria. Seafood fresh off the boat from nearby waters, seasonal organic vegetables from a nearby farm, and local strawberries, blueberries, maple syrup and honey all go into Chef Carey’s creations. Our extensive wine list features Nova Scotia wines.

The fireside lounge boasts a 25-foot fireplace; our beverage selection includes a wide variety of single malt Scotches. Open until 11 p.m.

Also available for private dinner parties of up to 50 people.
