In fact Taste of Nova Scotia association approval requires a minimum 60% local ingredients and we easily surpass that criteria. Seafood fresh off the boat from nearby waters, seasonal organic vegetables from a nearby farm, and local strawberries, blueberries, maple syrup and honey all go into Chef Carey’s creations. Our extensive wine list features Nova Scotia wines.
