Pictou Lobster

This 4 day festival (July 10-13, 2014) celebrates the end of the lobster-fishing season with musical performances, a beer garden, parades, an antique car show, derby and boat races, a midway and many other activities for the whole family.

New Glasgow Music

From August 1-3 renowned East Coast, Canadian, and international musical acts perform in a premier outdoor amphitheatre overlooking the New Glasgow riverfront.

September 13-14.  Celebrate the pioneer spirit that shaped Pictou County and Nova Scotia.  Enjoy the ship Hector and the Hector Heritage Quary on the day of the arrival of the original vessel.
